Franchise territories are still available in several major U.S. markets, including Boston, Mass.; Dayton, Ohio; Duluth, Minn.; San Diego, San Francisco, and San Jose, Calif.; Washington, D.C.; and Wichita, Kan. Open Canadian markets include Edmonton and Ottawa.
